The Widow Maker ?
On September 20, about 4:30 P.M. Carla took me (Jim) to the Emergency Care in Chesterton.
After running test they sent us to Hospital in Michigan City to have a stress test
During our short time at the Chesterton ER we passed out 24 Real Life Stories Christian Testimony books to Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, Administrators, etc etc
Spent that night at the Hospital in Michigan City
On Sept 21 a stress test was done. Late in the day the test were read and the Doctor did not want me to go home. It revealed a possible heart blockage
The Doctor recommended I have an angiogram done the next morning
During this day we gave out 39 Real Life Stories books to more Doctors, Nurse, Technicians, Administrators, Janitor, Dietary etc etc
On Sept 22 about 10:30 am I was taken to the cath lab. A blockage was found and fixed
I was taken to a room to recover
The Heart Doctor met with Carla.
He told her Jim had a blockage and I fixed it. It was the main artery. Do you know what that artery is called.
Carla said, no.
He said, "The Widow Maker" and it was 90 to 95 percent blocked. It is good you came in when you did and
stayed the night.
I had an appointment to see a heart doctor but could not get in until Oct 18.
Our son John Recommended we go to the ER on Sept 20 so we did. Thank God for our son's wisdom!
The Doctor and complete surgery team were all given Real Life Stories books!
Funny thing several of the doctors and nurses said the same thing ...
"No one has ever given me a gift before"
While in recovery we continued to give Real Life Stories books to everyone that served us.
What the devil ment for bad, God turned around for Good.
In all we gave out 114 Real Life Stories books in the Hospital before being discharged.
Please pray over all the Real Life Stories Christian Testimony books, the people that received them and the one person that refused.
