[Jim in South Bend, Indiana has also been sending out books through the mail to all addresses on the streets near his apartment. averaging 3 books per week sent out.  With fully rented apartment buildings, that is a lot of souls to be reached in a short distance from home.  Also, if you happened to have the supplies and the determination, it is legal to hang a bag with a book and a note on the door handle of homes or businesses if they do not have signs posted stating otherwise, but mailing them seems easier, just cost a little more.]
