And now he is being discipled as he works..................
Hi Jim and Carla,
The man in the picture is Jose. Jose is an employee at the Mercado. A Spanish Super Market, Grocery Store, Deli and Restaurant. It is known by and visited by everyone in the community.
About a year ago, I stopped at the Mercado for lunch. Jose was on his break and also having lunch.
I ask Jose, are you born again? If you died today would you go to heaven or hell? Jose said, "I do not know."
I shared the Gospel with Jose.
Jose repented of his sins and confessed Jesus as his Savior.
Fast forward 1 year.
Today in the picture you can see Jose. When customers walk up to him, the glory of God can be seen on him. When he talks to customers his words are full of the Joy of the Lord and compassion as he directs everyone to the Real Life Stories book display and encourages them to take and read the Free Lighthouse Edition 6 Book in the Spanish language.
Pray for Jose as he serves the Lord.
Pray for all the Mercado customers to receive Jesus!
Pray for the Mercado to prosper and become even better known drawing people from all over.

This past Saturday, Pure Gospel Ministries gave the residents of Gary Indiana and neighboring cities over 1400 boxes of food, along with several cases of Real Life Stories Books.
People were coming and asking for the Real Life Stories Books.
